MCC run a cricket team during the summer and many of the football guys play in that too.
MCC CC play against local teams, pubs and scratch sides and also enter the National Christian Cricket Cup which the Church runs. In 2002 the Church reached the final of the national cup, losing to Barton Evangelical Church Canterbury in the final at Shenley Herts. In one year since then we reached the semi-final, every other year we have lost in the first round!
In 2009 we are playing in the first National Christian Cricket Festival near Bristol. June 18-19.
